Bespoke colorways and panel layouts
Custom zipper and gripper colors
Can multiple colorways share one MOQ?
No — each colorway runs separately on our sublimation line because dye-set and color-management are per-batch. We can group POs to lower freight cost though.
What does the sample fee cover?
One full sample at your spec, plus a free revision round (graphics, fit, fabric swap). The fee is credited back on bulk POs ≥ 300 pcs.
Do you provide lab test reports?
Yes — colorfastness (ISO 105), pilling (ISO 12945), seam slippage and stretch-recovery on request. Third-party tests (SGS / Intertek) at cost: typically $180–280 per panel, 5–7 days.
FOB or DDP?
Both. FOB Ningbo / Shanghai / Yiwu, DDP to your warehouse via DHL / UPS / FedEx. We handle EU CE / US CPSIA labelling at origin.
Artwork file requirements
Vector preferred (.ai / .pdf / .svg). Raster at 300 dpi minimum at print size. We provide a tech-pack template and free graphic-prep pass.
Can we visit the factory?
Yes — Ningbo, China. We arrange airport pickup and lab tour. Most EU/US partners visit once a year around sample sign-off.
Price band — what does it include?
On request is DDP into EU/US/AU at the listed MOQ, single artwork, default fabric. Final pricing depends on fabric, colorway count, accessory choices and Incoterm — quote within 24 h.
