3D digital prototype

Fit and graphics validated on a CLO avatar before fabric is cut.

Step 03 · Day 10–20

Sample & revision

Physical sample with full BOM and fabric swatches. One free revision included.

Step 04 · Day 20–25

Pre-production approval

Wear-test report, wash-test, color-management sign-off.

Step 05 · Day 25–55

Bulk production

Inline AQL 1.5 inspection at three checkpoints. Live PO dashboard.

Recycled yarn isn't free real estate.

We use mechanically-recycled polyester where it makes sense — and tell you where it doesn't. Rooftop solar covers ~30% of factory load. Compliance pack with every shipment.
